The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for the amenities provided. The attention to detail in the rooms and throughout the hotel is impressive, creating a very nice atmosphere for guests. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided and that guests feel well taken care of. The location of the hotel is convenient, being very close to the airport and offering easy access to a nearby shopping center with good restaurant options. Additionally, the fact that the hotel restaurant opens at 7pm is a convenient feature for guests.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

The hotel had a beautiful pool with multiple waterfalls and an island, which made it a great spot to relax and enjoy the sun. The rooms were spacious and modern, offering plenty of space to unwind after a long day. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tourist recommendations.
The hotel had some maintenance issues, such as doors that didn't close smoothly and carpets with stains. The wallpaper was also in bad shape, giving the room a less than desirable appearance.

Great Easter break spot! Enjoyed the lovely outdoor pool and free shuttle to nearby attractions. Room was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities. Breakfast buffet offered a good selection of local dishes and fresh fruit. Convenient location near shopping and dining options.
The front desk staff could have been friendlier and more helpful in offering recommendations for local sightseeing and dining. Some areas of the hotel, such as the gym, were in need of updating and maintenance.

The hotel lacks proper communication and information, as seen in the incorrect instructions on the key cards, posters with wrong timings, and missing menus in the bar.
